Therapeutic Bodywork A - Z

Therapeutic Bodywork has been proven to alleviate anxiety as it lowers the body’s levels of cortisol, relieves chronic back pain, soothes tension headaches, restores deep sleep, lowers blood pressure, and reduces symptoms of depression.

By stimulating your body’s parasympathetic “rest-and-relax” nervous system (the opposite of its sympathetic “fight-or-flight” response), both physical and mental stresses can be addressed.

Together, we will walk through a comprehensive review of your personal history, health care needs, and lifestyle to create a holistic care program that will achieve full-body wellness by combining the practices of nutrition, exercise, bodywork, meditation, herbal remedies, and essential oils.

This care plan will be dynamic as we continuously adapt to what may surface while you become a new self daily.
