About
My Story
I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
When I was 12 years old, I fell into a coma, suffering from meningitis and an encephalitis infection that paralyzed me from the waist down. As I recovered, I slowly taught myself to walk again, but my left leg never reconnected properly.
I was a speech pathologist and audiologist in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Using bodywork in my protocol, I discovered that my clients healed faster with massages.
After relocating to the U.S., I got a degree in occupational studies. I became the first certified practitioner in the ARVIGO Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy on Long Island, New York.
In 2018, while training for neural manipulation, I recovered the full use of my left leg after over 50 years of the original trauma.
Today, I am an avid Tango Argentine dancer and a horseback rider.
