We start by customizing a dynamic plan for you that will evolve during the next few months. In addition to ATMAT (The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy®), Light Therapy, Hypnosis, Biodynamic Hydrotherapy, or Meditation may also be included.
