Biodynamic Pelvic Hydrotherapy, also known as Vaginal or Prostate Steam Bath, is an ancient practice and a familiar ritual used in almost every indigenous culture and many Eastern religions. It helps treat fibroids, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), and scar tissue. I use specific herbs to cleanse, strengthen, and restore reproductive organs.

Women use steam baths after giving birth because it is part of a  traditional restoration of pelvic tone energy and health. Vaginal steam baths are also used to soften childbirth or pelvic surgery scars. I also recommend considering a series of vaginal steams after births, D&Cs, or miscarriages.
